All orders will be processed within 12 - 24 hours after your order has been placed. Customized orders may take longer. Orders will arrive to you within 3 - 14 business days. Please expect delays during times of inclement weather, weekends, holidays, and state of emergencies.

DAMAGED, DEFECTED, OR WRONG ITEMS
We are all aware and understanding that mistakes happen. We wish to provide you with the best customer service possible. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our address located on your invoice within 7 days from the purchase date. We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form and if we investigate and find that we were at fault for your items. Please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) in the description area of your email. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available and we were at fault. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase or have an option to get first dibs after we have restocked. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached (if available). We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Only standard shipping service prices will be refunded.
