At Home or In Gym
If the gym is your jam, awesome! Prefer to workout out at home or don't have time to make it to the gym? No worries, with the right program and progression working out at home can be just as effective as the gym. During your consult we will discuss what equipment you'll have access to design your program around that.

Set For Success
Worried about staying consistent? How to progress? What to do if something doesn't feel right? That's why I'm here! Weekly check-ins, form assessment, and program updates every six weeks will ensure you stay on track.
1:1 Video Sessions

Personalized Attention
1:1 sessions give me the opportunity to watch every rep to ensure that you are completing each workout safely and effectively. Each 1:1 session will be 45 minutes, including a warm-up, workout, and cool-down designed to help you reach your goal.

At Home or Anywhere
Like working out in the comfort of your home? Me too! Travel often and have trouble finding a trainer to keep up with your schedule? I'll fit you in! I know how important it is to get your workouts done wherever you are. Training 1:1 online means you can ensure you meet your goals no matter the time zone or the location.

A Great Place to Start
Is it your first time getting into a routine? Is the idea of following your own plan daunting? Video sessions are a great place to start! Spending some time on the basics can make you feel more confident to move forward with a self -guided program and potentially find yourself walking confidently into the gym for the first time!
